For those who missed it, this is how the government brags about its successes in the realm of criminal justice. It's so touching to be the subject of a press release, I'm feeling all verklempt. My mother would be so proud. I hope I'm not dating myself too much with that Coffee Talk reference. I could add a thing or two to the official account - and maybe will - but for now the cat seems to have got my tongue.
